SALES ASSOCIATE

About the Role:

Our sales associates most important role is to consistently provide exceptional customer service, and ensure our customers have an enjoyable experience in our stores.

You will become a product expert and use this knowledge to introduce, inspire and assist customers in making crystal, jewelry, and gift choices.

As a team member you will work collaboratively to represent our brand and achieve our goals.

This is a full-time position. Our stores are open 363 days a year, 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 years sales experience

· High School Diploma

· Working knowledge of crystals, a benefit
